The Challenge

A new management team had been brought in to revitalize a high-rise condominium building. The building is home to a range of clientele from young professionals to retirees. The team needed to connect with residents, bring them up to speed on the management changes, and improve compliance with community regulations.

The Solution

I worked with the management team to create a newsletter for residents, Distributed online, by email, and printed, this newsletter received excellent feedback from residents. This positive community support helped expedite the condominium board’s approval of additional building improvements requested by the management team.
